Austin Central Library invites artists, collectives, curators and beyond to submit proposals to be considered for exhibiting at the library's  1200 sq ft. gallery space during the Fiscal Year 19-20 (October 2019-September 2020). 4 exhibitions will be selected by impartial juries comprised of local artists, curators, educators and community leaders through a jury-scoring process. Candidates will be announced in late April 2019. It is free to apply.

-When applicants are accepted, 

: Exhibitors are responsible for the installation and the de-installation

: The exhibitors are responsible of covering the cost of shipments and the delivery of the artworks. 

: No manipulation can be done on the floor of the gallery space

: No hanging/ suspending items from the ceiling

: Should the walls be painted, it needs to be returned to its original paint color. The cost of the painting materials are covered by the exhibitors. 

: Additional structures, furniture, and equipment other than what the Library has needs to be provided by the exhibitors.  

: The call is open to local, national and international exhibitors.
